If you're migrating from .NET Framework 1.1 to .NET Framework 2.0 you may be interested in the changes being made.

To serve this need, Microsoft has compiled a list of "Breaking Changes in .NET Framework 2.0", which is split into .NET Framework 2.0 Design-Time Breaking Changes and .NET Framework 2.0 Run-Time Breaking Changes.
